ARD series intelligent motor protector (hereinafter referred to as protector) can perform various conditions such as start timeout, overload, phase failure, unbalance, underload, ground/leakage, blockage, short circuit and external fault during motor operation. Protection, and SOE fault event recording function, convenient for on-site maintenance personnel to find the cause of the fault. Suitable for coal, petrochemical, smelting, electric power, ships, and civil construction. The protector has RS485 remote communication interface, DC 4 ~ 20mA analog output, and PLC, PC and other control machines form a network system. Remote monitoring of motor operation.
2、Model Description
The main switch quantity is 4DI, 4DO, and the main switch type is shown in Table 11:

Measurement module: The measurement module includes two types of current measurement modules and current/voltage measurement modules.

If the voltage function is required, change the corresponding model of “ARD3T Current Measurement Module” in Table 13 to “UAXX”. For example, the motor needs 5.5kW, with voltage measurement function. Query the corresponding measurement module according to Table 4 as “A 25”. ", directly replaced by "UA25".
From now on, it is an additional function. If you need the following additional functions, select the corresponding function to fill in the model additional function.

Note:
1. The main body and measurement module are mandatory modules.
2. If the main switch type is not specified, the default is “K1” DI is the dry contact, and the control DO working power is AC220V.
3. The switch quantity, temperature, analog quantity, display and communication module are optional modules, and only one type can be selected for each type of module.
4. The length of the standard cable between the modules is 25mm; the length of the standard display module cable is 1m; the length of the standard measurement module cable is 1m.
5. The length of the display module length can be selected: 1m, 2m, 3m. When the standard length 1m does not meet the requirements for use, 2m and 3m can be selected.
6. After the ARD3T is connected through the connecting line, the total length from the first module to the last module does not exceed 5m, otherwise the product cannot be guaranteed to work normally.
7. After the voltage function is added, the line voltage, active power, power factor, apparent power, and active energy can be measured. Overvoltage, undervoltage, phase sequence, and underpower protection can be achieved.
8. After adding the analog module, it can realize 4~20mA input measurement and 4~20mA transmission output. 4 to 20 mA input protection is possible. Transmission output types include: A, B, C phase current; AB, BC, CA line voltage; frequency; active power; main body PTC; temperature module three-way temperature input; analog module two-way analog input.
9. After adding the temperature module, 3 channels of temperature measurement can be realized. The available sensor types are PT100, PT1000, Cu50, PTC, NTC. The 3-way sensors can be of the same type or different types. When the sensor type is: PT100, PT1000, Cu50, the display value and protection value unit are °C; when the sensor type is: PTC, NTC, the display value and protection value unit are Ω.
10. The dual MODBUS is realized by the main body with one MODBUS and the communication module with one MODBUS.
When the leakage function is selected, the type of leakage and the corresponding type of transformer should be marked. L35, L70, L105 means that the perforations of the transformer are 35mm, 70mm and 105mm respectively.
11. When the anti-shake function is selected, the voltage function is standard, and it is not necessary to select the voltage function.
